Commitment to Intellectual Property Rights

NX Downloader respects the intellectual property rights of creators, publishers, and content providers. We operate in strict accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and applicable international copyright conventions.

1. Safe Harbor & Transient Conduit Status

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(a) ("Transitory Digital Network Communications"):

  • No Permanent Storage: NX Downloader does not store, retain, host, index, or archive copyrighted media. All audio/video streams are transferred ephemerally from the public origin platform directly to the end-user.
  • No Content Selection: Transmission of material is initiated solely by the end-user entering a public URL. Our servers do not select or alter the content of the transmitted material.
  • Instant Memory Cleansing: Any temporary cache segments or buffer fragments created during stream multiplexing are automatically deleted from server memory immediately upon transfer completion.

2. How to File a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that any technical gateway or conversion provided by this utility infringes upon your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following elements to our Designated Agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., official link to the original work).
  3. Identification of the specific URL or resource on our service you are requesting action on.
  4. Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and valid email address.

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
